Must Watch- Indian TechCrunch50 Finalist ‘iMo’
This is one heck of product demo that I’ve seen in a long long time. While watching TechCrunch50, I guess I missed this one. BTW, one more interesting fact – the demo I’m talking about is given by the an Indian startup called iMo @ TC50 this year which developed an iPhone/iTouch app that transforms your iPhone into a joystick. You can then use it to control gameplay. Also they are just a 2-member team!
Apart from the fact that their product demo presentation was something positively unexpected but also it got the fancy of sitting judges like Roelof Botha of Sequoia, Paul Graham of YCombinator, Tony Hseih of Zappos, Marissa Mayer of Google amongst many others.
Also look out for the style of presentation that Himanshu Baweja (one of the founders) used. Quite interesting I must say. Hence, it’s a must recommend watch and I’m not going to be a party popper in revealing it. So just enjoy!

Very interesting presentation. I bet the guy was very nervous in front of industry gurus. But surely he pulled it well.

Completely agree. We need more examples like this. But I also think that apart from whatever these guys are doing, in India itself there are many other startups who can compete in International arena. But need exposure…

Can you give some more examples? If there are any interesting startups, then definitely can review it or something…..
