		<description>Agreed. Sometimes I believe that Social Media is a over-hyped US agency water cooler effect spread virally to India and we are sneezing. Jokes apart, what you mentioned is exactly true in Indian scenario and I think at the agency level, more responsibility should be taken on at least two aspects: 
 
1. Hand holding of the client and making them aware of what is social media - if that requires teaching them, then they should cover that extra mile. 
2. Giving legitimate promises to clients which can be fulfiled (no false hopes) since this is will decide the scope of future business with any potential clients.
