McKinsey Quarterly recently posted an article on “6 ways to make Web 2.0 work” which I would recommend for all practising managers, web collaborators, Web 2.0 addict (though slowly & steadily its fading) and alike to take note, not beacause of the fact that it’s yet another article on this topic but its points to some of the ever growing challenges that today’s organizations face in implementing and how to resolve it.
